Flour, Starter (Cultured Flour and Water) , Salt, Water, Honey, Sesame Seed, Black Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed, Garlic Flakes, Garlic Salt, Onion Flakes, Onion Powder, Kosher Salt, Brown Sugar and Baking Soda (for boiling water)
